Data Deletion Request
Request deletion of personal data or information received through an integrated service.
1. Introduction
Saleda AI respects your right to control personal data. In accordance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws, this page explains how to request deletion directly or through Facebook or Meta.
2. How to request deletion
For a general request, email team@saleda.ai with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject and include the account email address or user ID. If you used Facebook Login or connected Facebook, open Settings & Privacy, Settings, then Apps and Websites; select Saleda AI, remove it, and send the deletion request.
3. What happens next
We acknowledge the request, provide a confirmation code and status URL, identify associated data, apply legal and operational requirements, delete eligible data, and notify you when complete. Processing may take up to 30 days. Records required by law and de-identified aggregate data may be retained.

4. Facebook and Meta callback
When a user removes the application and requests deletion, Facebook sends a secure POST request containing a signed app-scoped user identifier. Saleda AI validates the signature, starts deletion for the associated identifier, and returns a JSON response containing url and confirmation_code fields.
5. Data covered
Eligible data includes account information, preferences, call recordings and transcripts, associated client or lead information, activity logs, and other collected personal data. Records subject to a legal retention duty, accounting records, de-identified aggregates, and fraud-prevention records may be retained.
6. Frequently asked questions
A deletion notice is sent because a user requested deletion and is not spam. Meta may send periodic notices to administrators. An identifier not present in the records may belong to an incomplete registration or a record already deleted. Requests are generally processed within 30 days.
